The problem is you have no credibility as you (and a few others) transparently support a partisan struggle above the interests of the company itself. Objective posters just want to understand the situation as it relates to their investments.
From what I have seen Geo Wank and Gio Fraud are both a net negative and its great they have been shown the door. No real objective shareholders want legal issues to drag on, but you seem to revel in it which shows your real intentions. They were pretty clear anyway.
It is inevitable that it will take a while for it to close as the legal matters will need to be properly rounded it, but it looks like its a very solid approach and the time has been well used. Lets see how it goes.
