I feel this is a very strong positive announcement (reading between the lines) but as I've mentioned before the sp will possibly fall to around the $0.35-$0.36 because there seems to be only one thing that's going to cause any major upward movement in the SP and that's the 100% clearing up of all this DERM uncertainty. I hope it happens shortly!

Once this is done and dusted the SP in cnx is going to skyrocket in my opinion.
