¼ cup butter.
1 tablespoons lemon juice or sherry vinegar.
1 tablespoons caper.
1 dessert spoon lemon zest.
½ teaspoon garlic powder.
½ onion powder.
½ teaspoon seafood seasoning.
Also with the following if desired:
Anchoves.
Caper berries.
Miso.
Olives.
Soy sauce.
Tomoatoes or semi dried tomatoes.
Worcestershire.
Xo.
Sprinkle with cider.
