    Well RAG made the all-time low January last year & since then has made a higher high & higher low.

    I expect 1.6 Cents is respected, so it is worth a first tranche as a bottom pick IMO.

    Daily chart: several indicators looking quite attractive - a bit more volume wouldn't go astray.
