    Yes, KOCH took 17% share of SLI for $225 million
    and got 2 seats on the board. Now recently they got rid of the CEO Robert Mintak and appointed a KOCH guy as the new CEO, so in my mind KOCH have taken over SLI. I don't think Bruce will want them on the BOD, do you ?
