If this turns out to be true it is a farce and hopefully full legal action will follow.

I should have bailed out of NKP a while ago on the back of the delays from management.

Never did I imagine it could come to this. If they have lied all the way through I will certainly support a class action and look press ahead with legal action any reasonable way I can.

I wonder if I should also sell out of CCC since Peter Landau is also involved in that one?
