Yes I am frustrated, however there seems to be no evidence that the case is even being heard. One would think that both sides of any case would be informed that it's in front of the SC to start making a decision.
Is there any evidence that the complicated 200 +page mining decision has even been looked at. Or are we just making assumptions.
I can't believe that the SC is clogged with simple cases, they wouldn't be granted approval to be heard.
