re: ccv The future I believe isn't that great for pawnbrokers

The items they sell are diminishing in value each week

The bread and butter of these shops are dvd tvs and stereos.

With the introduction of the good guys crazy clarks strathfield and alot of supermarkets selling the same competition is hard.

These pay day loans are a joke

The people who use them obviously have no goods to borrow against so they tell them there account the pay goes into and over the next month they are directly debited.

What happens when the person tells there employer to pay into a different account. Do you think Cash Converters are going to issue summons and the like for a $100 debt.

There are alot of Cash Converters pulling their signs down as we speak and alot more will do so in the future.

Cash Converters have tried going into alot of different areas and failed big time. They should stick to the core business and that is secondhand.

I see a rival coming on soon and look out Cashies.

The biggest pawnbroker in WA is an independant.

But what would I know I've only been involved with them for 8 years
