Im not sure there could be a more easy, cost effective solution other than a perfect slab. Failing that, simple fix as below. I would simply get some tape stuck over the gap on the outside, and mix up a bucket of the grout. Pour the grout into the blocks that have wedges, give it a push under the gaps and keep laying blocks, end of the day take the tape of and the wedges and its good. This is about 10mins work on the photos of the most recent home and about $20 in Australia.
Im not sure its good value designing the machine to do it, likely costing millions. Self levelling a slab would cost thousands of dollars etc.
