IMO Israelis have as much foresight as foreskins because their current bout of Muslim bloodletting guarantees a new stock of Muslim Militants who will cruel Israelis for the remainder of the 21st C.
The answer for a peaceful Israel isn't perpetual war but instead a homeland for the Palistinians so that each side can live in dignified peace.
Unfortunately the current asymmetric war and the killing of over 40,000 Muslims will simply rile the militant Muslims into global terrorism against Israel and its Western financiers/backers like Al-Qaeda on steroids, IMO , and in this hi-tech age who knows what its preferred weapons will be.
