The board does not do what individual shareholders want. They are meant to do what is right. So giving a dividend to the entire share base because person X needs money for heating, while the share price less than 33% of its value is not acceptable.

This shows that you in fact want a dividend either for yourself or some one you know, perhaps X, and that is pretty damn selfish quite frankly. It is massively tax inefficient with 30% to 45% going to the ATO.

Next, who cares about Miningnut and his plans. The boards decision to give a dividend vs buying back shares has nothing to do with Miningnut and his plans or electricity bills. It has to do with their competence as a board.

There are people that bought this share because they expect the share price to rise? Can we accommodate them?
There are shareholders who want to sell Chatree and develop NE, can we accommodate them?
There are shareholders who want to sell the entire company and close it, can we accommodate them?

To make my point clear. I want a dividend. I want a nice juicy 50c dividend but that is not an acceptable course of action until the share price is at fair value.

Next, we need the preference shareholder off the board and we need a completely independent person on the board.

I gladly welcome a nice juicy dividend when Kingsgate has a 750m Market cap and above...

If you are happy for kcn to pay divided once market cap 750m or above then locked in. It isn’t too far away.

24-25 financial year kcn will produce 90k-95k (equivalent gold). Now they have to prove they kept AISC below their estimates like 1400-1500 which will give us 1000+ USD profit per ounce. It means our profits will be 90m-95m USD (game changed). We will see the reflection on Qtrly from December 24
