Hi folks

I can't chart the SC news, but I can attempt to chart forecasts month by month of no news.

For this model I used the previous no news period of Feb to Jun earlier in the year as the basis of my imperfect model..

My post on 7 Sep was when the SP closed at 40.5. The Sep forecast was 35 (yellow box)

Here is that chart to be followed by a chart of what actually played out during Sep. Mondays trade will be the last of Sep.

As you can see on the second chart, the 24 Sep the SP hit 34.5-35 (black ellipse) regardless on Mondays close for the month. Maybe I just got lucky.

So Oct forecast target in the event of no news by the end of the month is 32.5 at some time during the month. We shall see, but remember that this is just a guestimate.

In Oct I would not be surprised if we see the "silly season inflection point" at 33.75.

Why such a name?

If in the CR you spent $30,000, the maximum, you would have at 38c been entitle to 78,947 shares with the added incentive of being entitle to 9,868 loyalty option if held to the record date. Loyalty option may be exercised to full shares at a cost of 55c for a further $5.427 at any time up to Sep2025.

If exercised by Oct 2025 you will have a total of 88,816 shares at a total cost of $35,427

During the silly season, those chasing loyalty options before the record date raised the SP from 39 to 47.

At the "silly season inflection point" of 33.75c for $30,000 you can buy 88,816 shares with no obligation to pay any more and forget that loyalty options even existed. Remember that in Sep the SP 34.5c for just a short while but did spend some time at 35c.

if the SC decision came in Sep you were a genius (that's not going to happen, too late). What comes next?

The numbers used above get sillier as each month plays out without a SC decision, if my model is anyway accurate.
