Can someone please tell the business relationship between these two?




Michael Giovinazzo (convicted fraudster)





Ian McCubbing (non-executive chairman of RIM)



I am sure that there is a bonafide reason for the pair of them to be working closely together in GPR matters. But without clarifying statements explaining such there is a potential perception of Giovinazzo's influences.

I really just want to understand how the Board have got us into this pickled mess...
