“Probably not too small, but more a vote on NAG BOD ability to achieve anything.”

Clear thinking shareholders are probably inclined to assess the quality of their Board and Management in terms of the growth in shareholder value over time.

Given that many NAG SH have an average share price around 10c they are currently sitting on a loss of around 85% of their capital.

When they look over at sister company SXG which listed at 20c around 2.5 years ago and are currently trading at over $3.30, they have good reason to feel that the NAG BoD have…

“an outstanding track record of achieving nothing”.

Certainly in terms of creating value for theirlong standing shareholders.

Mike Trumbull, Kevin Perrin, James Earle and Tom Quinn have a lot to answer for in this regard.

IMO they should resign immediately for having destroyed many millions of dollars of shareholder value.

And still they refuse to detail a credible plan for how they will monetise the JORC resource that they are so proud of having announced - and where the funds will come from to achieve this.

C’mon NAG BOD, give us a reason to trust you by getting that SP back to 10c as a starting point!
