What’s funny is the transparent and shameless shitposting from a number of posters, yourself included. This is intended to create FUD, and seems to be linked to one of the parties who clearly is more concerned with his private battles with the board than the wellbeing of the company - and much less shareholders.

Given he is both a major shareholder in RIM and involved in the GPR legal case, you would imagine he would have preferred to keep a more subtle low profile rather than perhaps posting here, or perhaps having intermediaries do it (poorly) on his behalf. But it clearly seems personal at this point. There are both ASX and AISC rules that may be material here.

Given this, do you, bob, ironman, nosetradamus and a couple others clearly give an undertaking that you are not Billis, know him, or are posting either on his behalf or in his interests?
