From below, that means Tony Parle a.k.a. @DeepThinker will be taking up his full entitlement so that's 20% of the $2M planned raise from the entitlement accounted for. If the SP keeps nicely holding up and staying in the 2 cent range, then a very nice arbitrage opportunity for all current shareholders especially with a free 1.5 cent option thrown in for every 4 shares taken up in the rights so would be expecting close to full take up.
