You miss the point, again. “Perceived coalition” is political rhetoric - politics are literally the bottom of the list of concerns of genuine shareholders, but top of the list of the concerns of interested actors.
You and the others may try and posture as being in the shareholders interest, but you appear to be acting in one shareholders interest in particular. Can you please clarify my question on this exact point?
As to the legal issues, they are clearly material and need to be worked through. Is the resource worth this effort? That is for individuals investors to decide.
Lastly - your reading of share price is lamentable, unless missing monster rallies is your thing, in which case job well done.
