aztec71, if you do not want to starve in the future you do not over populate now. It is a pretty easy concept to understand, and in nature this would all be taken care of through natural selection. The weak children would starve to death and the population would stabilize.
Now as humans we feel obligated to help those in need. What I am suggesting is that our efforts will be futile until the root cause is addressed.
Hand picking a few lucky people to live here is not a solution, and to anyone who thinks it is has rocks in there head.
