Was merely pointing out the ambiguity of the statement My understanding is that the option still exists (up to 90 days from BFS completion and 'regulatory approvals").
NKP very silly to write an option with no expiry date.
Therefore X still has a claim on this - at some stage a BFS must come out and they have 90 days to exercise. Legally complex - NKP have granted X a right, so even if they wanted to deal with Anglo, how can they get out of it? Court case(s) comin me thinks.
