Not sure I am with you 100%, whilst it is full of platitudes and flowery wording, at least the report proper confirms that the conveyor is due on line in 1st 1/4 2025, and the partnership arrangement stands as originally outlined.
They admit they were 4 to 6 months behind on the conveyor, worryingly as a result of; "...financials."!!
There can be a lot of positive taken from the doc, but I do agree, they are far from out of the woods so to speak, and obsticles remain.
Shame they could not have released the news about the conveyor delay before now!!
