Price is cheap, next to no risk now if you can sit and wait 6 months, institutional presence is there, hence the bot like presence, but is probably manually controlled.

Buy, sit and wait 6 months and the opportunity to return your self 40-60% capital gain is very high.

Id be extremely surprised if this does hit 13.5c at some stage within a 6 month period.
