Yes it is somewhat amusing - the downgrade occurred because the old strategy would have taken longer because of the switch to RC220, but there was no assessment of the value of the new strategy that required the switch to RC220. Now that the new strategy has now been assessed, it is really a vindication that the change to RC220 was worth the cost in time - we have a longer time frame for commercialisation, but with a much big market.
