I have been the only one asking company for the disclosure --- because I can see it what others couldnt -- the management is lying about everything, and Eddie is preparing for the company to go under administration and then use the debt he has provided to the company as a pretext to take over 100% of Cokal
Remember during insolvency, equity holders get wiped out and debt holders get the asset. Why would Eddie be happy with a 21% stake in the company, when he can get the entire 100%
Thats his long game all along !
