ASX ANNOUNCEMENT26 September 2024Change of Company Name, ASX Code and AddressVault Minerals Limited (formerly Red 5 Limited) (ASX: VAU) (the Company) is pleased to announce that, following shareholder approval at the general meeting held on 25 September 2024 (General Meeting), the Australian Securities and Investments Commission has officially recorded the change of the Company’s name.It is anticipated that the change of company name on the ASX to Vault Minerals Limited will be effective early next week. The new ASX code will be “VAU”.
