Also.... once a decision is appealed to the Fed Court under the Judicial Review Act.... it states that the Court can make the following orders:
(b) an order referring the matter to which the decision relates to
the person who made the decision for further consideration,
subject to such directions as the court thinks fit;
Further directions - AS THE COURT THINKS FIT!........ maybe -- ummmmm direct the JA to follow the NOPTA Report/Recommendation?????
