I have to agree, between the KMP and the senior executives they are paying themselves like a company worth $100Billion, not one that's just had half it's market cap wiped over the course of the year due to operational & exploration failures.
Just one example - How's the weighting for the STIP's on page 40....they have clearly forgotten Walyering was significantly overbudget and overtime, yet have still given themselves a decent score for both the cost management and domestic gas business sections.
I'll be using this as a template next time I have my STIP weighted for not completing company mandated phishing training.
