In the 5 plus years I have been investing in U companies, I have watched heaps of Canadian CEOs speak.

I cant recall which but I have heard some talk about how it can take 20 years to get permits in Canada.
There are so many boxes to tick because of the native stuff, the environment, trees & animals to protect safety, restoration and so on. All the while millions to consultants getting it done.
Then also for Canadians, the problems because of their weather, frozen ground, frozen lakes, then when it all melts, water that needs to be protected to keep it pure and not carry contaminants to other locations . On and on factors that need to be considered and planned for.

I thought Richard did a good job telling the TORO opportunity.

Getting it out there now the time is right.
