JS, not sure of that just yet. The BoD composition was almost exactly the same back then (one change since) & approved the payment to Donner. Matt Fifield whilst seemingly progressing things well since moving into the Exec Chair was Non Exec Chair at the time.....his hands were on the approval of Donner's terms and the 'termination benefit'. Scott Perry (non exec director) only came on after Feb. You still essentially have the same BoD's in place
