@JB1975 You are trying to have reasonable discourse with a poster with a proven record of baiting CYP and its shareholders. He literally mocks KK's awards for being too low for his personal interest. He would have just as happily mocked him for being overpaid given CYP's achievements. You are wasting your time.
Most boards have a remuneration committee that actually judges and assesses the performance of all roles. And ultimately shareholders are meant to by voting for or against remuneration proposals. More often they sit on their hands and do nothing.
VOTE against re-elections or remuneration proposals if you are unhappy with any performances people. I will be.
