Hmm, so planning to issue near a billion more shares and 1/2 that attaching options just to the shareholders @ .002.
There's already 6.92 billion shares on issue already so there is going to have to be a consolidation some time.
One would think that a smart strategic move would have been to put out the placement with local Mongolian intereststs to get them onside.
