Does anyone have any clues of when this rollercoaster will stop it's downside?
The share market has voted with their views of the Board and their role in having RIM in such a dishevelled litigious mess My guess is that we will see many more litigious announcements on the propriety of RIMs purported termination of the GPR JV agreement. Commonsense says that RIM can't recind a contract and take all of the consideration paid without any equitable return. In my eyes that looks like theft, but the KC's will likely have an interpretation that presents differently.
The AGM will certainly have some robust discussions. If my posts sound peeved off at the Board, and continually ask for them to step down, you would be correct. It is very hard for anyone to make a cogent argument in the alternative, IMHO.
