That is exactly what we need. A whistleblower submission might just get ASIC off their bureaucratic backside. Extract from ASIC's Website: whistleblower laws don’t give you immunity if you were involved in the misconduct you report, though your report can’t be used against you. If you cooperate, ASIC will likely take this into account.
