Imo the market hates risk atm (when does it like risk?) so we'll have to see the official reports coming out before we get a rerating, perhaps even finances fully arranged (not too difficult I would assume, given the payback period is less than a year, if I had 100 mill or so I'd lend IFE it at a 20% p.a. interest rate, nothing doing they'll pay me out in 8 months and no dilution for the SH :D.

Very worst case we won't see a proper rerating until production (ala RED style), but they've had a recent share issue overhang so perhaps we might be able to be in a different boat (one of the big cape sized vessels please).
