mmn,ayn,dmn ,syg,nex..a wee(true)story

Nice resources, nice prospects...for me no faith in management. 10 years of BS I've heard( along with MAR).

26 c to 4c and what..just because Ag has gone relatively ballistic we are expected to beleive things will change.

Hmmm. Reminds me of Nexus Minerals that tried to reformulate into a dot com Co (pre millenium), becoming Synergy Equities, then Datamotion Pacific(DMN)whom are now trying to re-enter the mining game without a particular Mr Dr Nikolenko through AYN.

Strange how these company directors think a simple name change will change everything. I still have some worthless(0.004C) shares in DMN( Thats if they still know I own some).
I would strongly suggest that AYN management do some very deep DD before having any dealings with DMN. After all the good DR N was the one with all the info on resources..he fought a prolonged battle with SYG(Ex NEX then SYG now DMN) over the decision to spend the entire capital available on becoming a Dot Com company with groundbreaking E-Commerce security systems in 2008/9 on.

Now 10 years later they are trying to revert( because dot com was BS),to what the company actually was,a resources company, but without any kind of expertise or experience (ex Dr N). I suspect that someone within DMN has found some old files on the servers HD and thought ..jeeez after ten years we havn't really done anything good out of Dot Com( good on you if you have all that info whomever you are), lets go back to mining. Nexus Minerals( go check history if u don't know or believe) had access to the Namibian coast West Africa through good Dr N's international diplomatic and resource skills.

Namibia, the source of Blood diamonds, where Diamonds as large as golfballs, polished by the sea, litter the beaches. Enter this area without authority and you will be shot on site NQA. NEX had permission to do so and had delineated huge resources of Diamonds wholly contained in nothing more than sand dunes. No deep mines, no huge machinery needed..just go scoop em up!
DMN don't,IMHO, have any right to be trying to re-involve themselves in the resource sector by a subterfuginous(?) back door via AYN.

By the way..anyone wana buy some cheeeeep DMN(NEX,SYG) shares...heck...my sock drawer needs cleaning out :)

Methinks the so called state of the art Data Security centre with lead lined walls and other extreme security systems costing millions in West Perth is now worth a pittance. but may be worth a few mil.

If you are a shareholder of AYN, I would be very careful how one casts ones votes on any resoltions concerning the involvement of DMN in AYN's business.
