Here is an article on all the problems that the biggest single wind project in US has been going through in the US. I read this and think of the problems the transmission line in New Hampshire USA went through for many years to bring Candian Hydro power to US. Finaly cancelled when about 50 % complete. they moved it to Maine where it is again stalled after being partially complete.
Technology is not the problem we know how to do all of this. It is not in my back yard that stalls or stops what is needed
