I know it's not really comparing apples with apples due to potential resource size but FEX is in production, making a profit and has money in the bank and the Market Cap is $213 million. Before Kogi gets anywhere near 30 cents, there will need to be another cap raising at some point in the future which will cause further dilution. Let's think about hitting 10 cents first before we even consider a price anywhere near 30 cents.
