I think you make a good point Billie. Rates remain stubbornly high and literally everything is still rising in price. There is more fear than greed in this market. Everyone seems to be expecting a recession. One thing I've noticed in my 30 years investing. The majority are rarely on the right side of the trade. I can't remember ever seeing a major top formed when retail investors are largely absent.
