Saying that it is an "initial payment" doesn't guarantee that there will be further payments. I'm not saying that there won't be any further payments, all I'm saying that it is possible (especially given the lack of information in the market release regarding: (i) costs; and (ii) any agreement between the partners about surplus cash distributions beyond the initial $2m). Costs are the unknown, so until they are quantified and known, as investors we can't work out what we need to work out! And even after accounting for costs, there must be agreement between the partners before distributing surplus cash. In general the market doesn't like uncertainty, and I guess there still remains some uncertainty here. All IMHO (DYOR).
