If you are talking Directors associated with Finran, then yes they are heavily invested, but that is the company, Finran, not the individual Directors. The other 3 - Shahruddin, Halliday and Woszczalski do not own a single share between them, so not sure how they are heavily invested, except for time spent on the board. For all the cheap CRs done they haven't bought a single share. I know that is common on many boards, but you'd think if it was such a bargain and they have plans for the business, then they would at least dip their toes in with a few purchases of shares.
