Nice one Seth, I did a similar calculation by joining the two intercepts in hole 23 to get a blend of 136m at over 1g/t. Maybe some localised overprinting in that 10m section. This ain’t a coal or iron ore deposit so we can expect variability.
While I have yours and others attention. Did anyone else notice the surface expression of hole 25 was quite small compared to some of the others? That’s because it’s drilled on a steeper dip of 68 degrees to chase that high grade shoot plunging to the north. You will note the other Spur holes 22-24 are drilled at 65 degrees. See the drill plan. I even got out my son’s protractor to double check the cross section. I’m expecting good things from 25 if they hit that shoot again deeper to the north. That looks like the limit of the RC rig there and further holes north will need the core rig. I would prefer they follow the high grade zones incrementally rather than go for broke. Note the high grade zones at Cowal plunge so DD right underneath here at Spur may miss the high grade. Also very keen to see down dip at Dalcoath as those widths are very encouraging so far, just need half decent grade at depth. Opposite applies at Essex where we have decent grade but need more width at depth. Note there is another 100+ gram x metre historical hit not mentioned here before. That’s 4 100+ hits so far within about 500m.
