so if i had 10m shares and wanted out, iwould ring the company .that would be the right thing to do( off market transfer).otherwise you wont get set for the lot.
now the company may have said stick it on market we may have a buyer
in the meantime (if it was me ) i would tell the buyer to hold back for a little see what we can flush out.
