Just because you "expect to receive a benefit" doesn't mean you are entitled to one. There is always a risk and timelines are often delayed.

You want a transcript of the Santos discussions? They can only release what is tangible and definite... and they have.
This is very bullish re Santos involvement. Read between the lines around future possibilities.

"the gauges crap"... No they didn't know dates in advance. This is proven in the fact that Kiwi EPT was stopped early, due to unforeseen circumstances.
Alternatively, what if it was delayed again? You want them paying cancellation, or fees on booked equipment that they are not ready to use??



Bring on those EPT lab results and pressure test results.. Keen to hear more about early production scenarios for Kiwi.
