    I thought PPK held about 49% of the shares of LIS? 640M SOI of LIS X 49% = 313M

    313M / 90.8M of PPK SOI = 3.447. Very close to 3.5 but in the announcement it says 1 LIS for every 3.5 PPK? Should this not be the other way around?
