Given his many years of experience and from a couple of my positive interactions with him , I am surprised the director Tony Lofthouse did not step in and bring up that the amount and type of performance options was excessive not in line with other shareholders interests , and would reflect negatively on the company
Seeing the results now for his and other directors inaction
