I believe based on earlier comments, that the company was looking at alternative options to raise capital. Not sure if this means grants or deals / outlicensing or a loan via R&D tax credits.
IF the company can get funds without diluting shareholders at current prices that would be an amazing outcome. For example a $3m non capital raise now via a placement or SPP would effectively dilute current shareholders by ~30%. Whereas a grant or loan for $3m will not result in any dilution. Furthermore it will buy us time to release interim data on our clinical trial program. Boom!
