Not withstanding, that doesn't mean we can't 'get ready'. But you'd expect a smart BOD to be agile, flexible and ready for what ever may come in the future. So it makes sense to consider takeover provisions.
But I see no indication of a 'commitment' to an intent of disposing BOT to big pharma.
