Please see a quick summary below of Charlie B purchases over the past few years, he has circa 105 million shares so i haven't gone back to reconcile the full picture but it shows you based on the below he has an average price well above current share price. The May 23 is the loan of 3 million that I presume he will eventually convert to shares but the rest are just picked up off on asx announcements. Haven't done options etc and other free shares that he may have received but just shows you the type of money he has invested here and at what rough share price averages etc. He will want a return on his investment, normally people like him are looking for a 20-30% return on equity per annum to compensate for the risk of these ventures. As mentioned in my earlier post, he knows what we have and that there will be plenty of interested buyers. I suspect he will make his return on sale and that has been his plan all along, just my opinion. Cheers, CP.
