Night , this is how it's done. If you think about it Madhu attempted to comply with all myStock exchange listing rules till this quarterly .. So why wasn't this complied with and for what reason ?
Also why was the AGM canceled , and for what reason ?
It suits everyone accept shareholders, the stock is delisted , **promotion blocked** isn't worried about it , they just won't let it trade untill they submit the quarterly activities and finance report.
So the shares can't be sold whole lot it's delisted .
Now you can understand why directors didn't hold stock .
We know from the accounts it had no money.As soon as there was nothing to pay you know who, they dumped it .
I hope that I am proven incorrect.&
