So what I think happens from now on, is shareholders hear absolutely nothing from the company & if you ring the Companies & Securities Commission C&SC to complain, they will say, it's been delisted & we no longer have any responsibility for it, and if shareholders want to take action against the directors that's up to them. This is why you do not invest in 'penny dreadfuls' as there is no accountability it's like the Wild West. At one stage in the past, one party was suing another party inside the company—stakeholders were suing each other.
Also I wouldn't be surprised if we don't hear from Garth again, as it looked like he was very much connected to the company.
