The more common structure is to have a CEO/MD who reports to the board and everyone reports to him or her. If this structure were adopted it would have any USA managing director reporting to JB and everything about USA would funnel through JB. While it may be the standard structure its far from clear it would be the best structure for E25.
An MD USA reporting to the board would mean JB and an Australian management team could focus on getting Butcherbird running properly and executing other deals like the start of a deal with Nissan. Once E25 is generating rather than consuming cash potential exists to continue stalled exploration program's including Lake Johnston. The map below shows in Yellow some of E25's tenements that are either a live or pending status around Butcherbird. The mining lease from which current and near-term future mining is planned is in Blue.
The tenement area is massively wider than the mining lease and reported known manganese deposits. Its unclear if this wider tenement area is focusing on manganese or E25 has identified other minerals of interest in the area. Note - There's also a little extension to the sough that didn't fit cleanly onto the screen at sensible resolutions. //
